As weird as this sounds my first place I am trying to improve is my sleep/wake cycles. I know I need more structure in my life and have always had a hard time going to sleep. My goal is to be asleep by 9 pm and awake by 5am everyday! I know eventually I will need to establish a morning and evening routine to become more effective in setting and reaching my goals.
There are obstacles in the way of achieving this goal.
So I need to establish some rules while I try to reach my goal
Rule#1 – No alcohol
Rule#2 – No caffeine after 4 pm
Rule#3 – Practice a calmness exercise while lying down to sleep
Rule#4 – Don’t schedule any work after 8 pm.
